Saturday's Crop

Spent six hours today at a fundraising crop hosted by a team of teachers that will be walking in the Walk for the Cure next weekend. My friend Stacy invited me, and I was able to visit with Stacy and Iris while we scrapped, ate lunch, and shared page ideas.

The team that hosted the event did a wonderful job! There was a table of scrapbooking supplies to purchase for a donation, a table of FREE scrapping supplies, a silent auction (I got a beautiful necklace & bracelet), and plenty of snacks and drinks for throughout the day. For lunch, we had baked potatoes and pizza. There was a fairly small turnout but I believe they raised several hundred dollars which will go toward cancer cure research.

I had put together page kits throughout the week and was able to complete these four pages.
