The Wellness Journey workshop at BPC began last week. My favorite part of this workshop is the daily check-in on the message boards. I enjoy reading what others have done toward their exercise and healthy eating goals each day, and it inspires me to get moving and eat right so that I will have something to report. I am just getting back into my exercise routine this week after a little bit of derailment during the holidays.
There is also a mini-album project in the workshop, however I am just creating a few scrappy pages that will reside in my Healthy Living Notebook. I spent this week updating my notebook and moving all the pages into a larger 3-ring binder.
Here's a look at the pages I have so far, some of which were completed during the workshop last year. These are quick pages I completed by printing the templates from the workshop and adding in my journaling.
This next layout is a digital layout using one of the tempates provided with the workshop. I used photos from our first trip to the Dallas Farmer's Market several months ago. This page resides in my Places We've Been LOM album.
