January 2011

Prompt Four in the Scrapbook Remix class was really about using floral papers, however I simply lifted the design of one of Shimelle's layouts to create this page for the beginning of our 2011 album.

I am definitely enjoying combining lots of patterned papers (& a little washi tape, too, of course).

  1. The combination of reds and patterns makes the snowy scene seem so much warmer :). A lovely opening page ...

  2. I probably wouldn't have chosen these colours for a snowy scene....but they actually work perfectly.

  3. Lovely snowy pics - and as the others have said, the bright colours really 'lift' the page :)

  5. I like your patterned paper combinations. In also looks like the holiday season without actually having it written on the page.
