Christmas 2009 In Divided Page Protectors

As I neared the end of the year in my 2009 scrapbook, I decided to add in two divided page protectors to showcase Christmas photos. We had a light snow on Christmas Eve and awoke to a beautiful sunshiny white Christmas! I used the front of the first divided page protector and an entire sheet of cute snowmen dimensional stickers for this layout.


The next layout is a two page spread using the back of the first divided page protector and the front of the second one and showcases photos of us opening Christmas gifts.


Of course that left the back side of the second page protector to fill in, which I did with more photos from Christmas Day. Patterned paper, a few border strips, a title block and journal box were all that were needed to complete this layout.


These Christmas layouts remind me of the cards I'm making, so I'll be sharing a few of those very soon! Have you worked on any Christmas layouts lately?

    A clutch of photos that just tells its own story is something I really like - and your pages are full of smiles and Christmassy cheer. How nice to have had just enough snow but not too much! Lovely pages ...

    A great way to scrapbook them....love your embellishment additions.
    No christmas scrapbooking here....but the cardmaking has started.

    My Christmas scrapbooking is the ONLY scrapping that gets done in a timely manner thanks to Shimelle's Christmas Journal. I used a Simple Stories album last year with divided page protectors, and liked it a lot. Yours are great!

    Your CHristmas pages have really cheered up a very grey afternoon here! They are just what I needed to see. I did make a Christmas page recently, for Get It scrapped, with a cross stitched Christmas tree

    Am I really looking at Xmas 2009??? I can't do that. I love Christmas with a passion,but only from Oct-Dec. As soon as school goes back in Jan I cannot scrap Christmas photos. Don't really know why though. the dividied page layout is perfect for this
