Joining in today with Helena's meme - Snap - a
visually linked set of between 2 and 4 images. The set can be based on
colour or shape or subject. I'm actually sharing three sets of snaps from my long overdue outing with my friend Rita last month.
This first set of five snaps shows some of the larger artifacts found at the Canton Plaza Museum. There were quite a few nice pieces in this small one-room museum.
This second set of snaps shows just a portion of the large collection of bells that were on display at the museum. We were told that these were only a portion of a local resident's collection!
My final set of snaps shows the diversity of items available at the various booths in the local antique malls that we wandered through after our visit to the museum.
All in all, it was a fabulous day with a dear friend!
that was quite the outing, so many interesting things to be found.
ReplyDeletethats a lot of interesting big pieces for one room and that collection is amazing - no wonder they had to move it our of the house
ReplyDeleteI love the old fire wagon and the 4 seat pew thing!
ReplyDeleteThe bells are amazing!

ReplyDeleteImagine dusting all those bells! What a collection. I'm glad to see you are sat in the back row with me....breaking all the rules!
ReplyDeleteWhat an assortment of artifacts! It's amazing how many items one can collect for just one category.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing collection, so much to see! I notice you are joining Maggie & I in a spot of rule breaking ;)
ReplyDeleteWow! So many things to look at. It's lovely to have photos to bring home and enjoy..round here we aren't often allowed to take pictures in exhibitions (Though I guess the advantage is that I get to feed my postcard habit)
