Scrapbooking | April 2020 Scrapped

Just like March, I only needed a few layouts to capture our stories for April this year. In addition to our month in numbers and The Blossoms Don't Know layouts, I had two stories to tell.

I wanted to include some of the funny memes that have made me laugh or nod my  head during this whole coronavirus pandemic...because sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying! I saw a layout in a Facebook group that inspired this idea and created my own version digitally.

I also wanted to document the fact that it's been a very creative and productive year for me in my craft room.

I printed photos of some of my projects and used a variety of embellishments on this page. The title/journaling block is the piece of cardstock I used to test out my Cricut after the new cord arrived. I used pop dots and FUN stickers to add dimension to this page.

I'm so excited to be keeping up with this year's chronological album! Now, I'm moving on to the stories for May!

  1. I also chuckled out loud with those funny memes. Nice pages to keep the memories held in place.

  2. I agree that the pandemic has definitely spurred more creativity in the craft room! Love the "conversation" in the first layout---no way I'm going to run out of supplies!
