Robbie spent the day working on two finals. I attended the Noontime Pageturners December book club meeting and Christmas potluck lunch even though I didn't read the book this month. Then I did errands and finished buying Robbie's Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers. Even remembered my canvas bags at all the stores, so no plastic bags and Robbie couldn't see his gifts when I carried them in. Did my weekly house cleaning today - scrubbed the bathrooms, vacuumed, emptied all the trash. We watched The Polar Express
while we enjoyed leftovers for supper.Today's Christmas Decoration Feature - Snowmen
While we rarely see real snowmen here at Christmas time, they are still a favorite decorating item for the holidays. I display our snowmen figurines & runner on top of the bookshelves in the front room.

ReplyDeleteOh I adore you snowmen! Love the lacy runner. Beautiful. We are suppose to get to the 80's by the weekend. I'd go for 50's-60's. Anything above 70's this time of year just seems wrong!
ReplyDeleteI just love that song "Hot Chocolate" in Polar Express. Love it. This movie is another Christmas favourite in our house.
ReplyDeleteLove your snowmen! I also decorate with them because I can leave them up all winter. Here in Michigan, we definitely are seeing some snow!
