Reflections photos include snapshots taken in front of a mirror, like the ones in our stateroom.
Occasionally Robbie captured his own reflection in the lens of my sun glasses. (Can you see him there?)
We were also able to capture our reflections in a porthole during the day
and at night,
in windows,
in a Christmas ornament (although this one took about 25 tries to get the right lighting and no glare from the flash!),
and in the rearview mirror of a tour bus.

These are wonderful photos! Love how you creatively solved your problem. My husband's solution is his tripod and camera timer, but don't tell him I like your solution better!

ReplyDeleteGreat post!
These are awesome photos, Melissa! Love the how creative this is - you do what you have to do. Wish I would have thought of it when I was in Europe. I handed over the camera often to get people to take photos of me but not many of them were any good. This is a great around it! :)
ReplyDeleteBrilliant photos! I'd love to have photos of my husband and I together - thanks for the idea. Now to get him to cooperate!
ReplyDeleteSo clever! I love your idea and the photos esp the rearview mirror of a tour bus. Good times.. thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteLove them all - especially #3 and #9. I have trouble getting reflections to work. . . they're either blurry or really off-center.
ReplyDeleteRinda
What a really good idea, and it makes your photos even more unique than if someone else had just taken a point and press photo :)
