What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday #14

I've been busy at my craft table this week as I'm pushing hard to finish the custom scrapbook-for-hire project with layouts that currently fill 1 1/2 albums, so I thought I'd share a peek at the other table in my craft room today.

I'm using my Grandma's old sewing table as a worktable; I still have plans to re-paint it . . . eventually. I use this space for planning and blogging and organizing all sorts of pieces & pieces that I'm processing.

This space reveals a lot of what's happening around here right now. My laptop screen is displaying the latest post I published on the Personal Scrapbook blog to announce the Creative Lettering Bible Journaling Workshops I'll be teaching in collaboration with Jana Kennedy-Spicer (of SweetToTheSoul) in June. My calendar and notes are there in front of the laptop so that I can move on to creating a blog post for the new Bible Journaling Painting classes I'm scheduling at Scrappin' Goodtime in June.

On the right front corner of the table are three printouts with daily challenges for the month of May: (1) a Bible journaling photo challenge; (2) a Bible journaling prompt; and (3) a daily Bible reading list. I may not be able to keep up every day with these three challenges, but I'll be joining in with them as I have time throughout the month. The page on my printer to the right is a coloring page I found online that I'm planning to trace into my Bible for tomorrow's prompt.

The four piles on the left of the desk hold:
(1) cards & notes that I need to reply to and/or file,
(2) notes and examples for the paint classes I'm planning,
(3) a book, workbook, printed notes, and a journal for the meetings and work I've been doing with a registered dietitian the past couple of months, and
(4) the new Bible I'll be reviewing soon is under three flyers I brought home after today's library book club meeting.

Joining in very late today with Julia at Stamping Ground for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday. What's on your workdesk this week?

  1. Happy Belated WOYWW. That is a lovely place to work in. You have so many interesting projects on the go. I followed some of your links and that new bible looks fabulous. I also wish that I was in the US so I could attend your classes. Ali x #10

  4. Your Grandma's table is just lovely. I always think of my Grandma when I sit at my sewing machine because she worked as a stitcher in a shirt factory.

  7. WOw, you are ambitious. I barely keep up with three weekly challenges, let alone three daily ones. Good luck! Sarah #19

  8. Ambitious soul! best wishes and blessings on your new upcoming work. I like that drop leaf table. That's a nice idea - flexible in terms of size.
